Our year is roughly divided into 2 seasons, the October - March period which sees the Club competing in the Chingford League { 5 cross country & 3 road races } and then the May - August period which involves track graded meets, road races and 6 road races as part of the Assembly League.

 Throughout the year, there is a large choice of other competitions from County Championships to inter - club matches, all to match any individuals choice !
